July: A month for yearning

I have always felt like July and August are such long months. That’s likely because they tend to be so hot that activity is limited (at least outdoor activity). I find myself yearning for Fall about mid-August. As with everything, our attitude is under our control. I can turn these two months into a time for self-care, learning, and refocusing my energy. I plan on doing lots of yoga nidra practices and guided meditations. Getting out of the Valley heat and enjoying nature is also on the ticket.

Monday Evening 7/8, 6:30-8pm. First Monday Yin!

Thursday Chair Yoga 7/11, 3-4pm. Let’s discuss the difference between mobility and flexibility.
