Savoring the season

Late June gives us so much to savor! Wildflowers, our gardens, intermittently cool nites. Here is my yearly June savor from my flower garden, a dahlia called “Dark side of the sun”. From the foliage to the flower, this plant encourages me to slow down and savor all the beauty of June.

This last week in June, besides the flowers to savor, let’s savor our yoga practice. Here is what is in store for us this week:

Monday Nite Hatha, June 24, 6:30-8pm A gentle Ananda practice.

Thursday Chair Yoga, June 26, 3-4pm Come get a balance workout with Jenny G!

Thursday Evening Hatha, June 26, 5-6:15pm We’ll continue focusing on the gentle stretching and stretching practice that Ananda offers.
