Back on track!

Are you savoring the late Spring? It isn’t summer quite yet, but it feels like it is.

This week we will pass thru the Summer Solstice, the mid point of our year. These warmer months bring us challenges and joys to savor: time with family, beautiful evenings out doors, bountiful water in streams and lakes. Let’s take each moment as it comes with curiosity and gratitude.

This week, we are back to our regular schedule for yoga classes. Our Hatha classes will focus on our quarterly topic of yoga for healthy backs!

Monday Nite Hatha Class, June 17 from 6:30-8pm. We will have our gentle 17 poses practice for back issues. A handout will be available for those who would like to practice at home.

Thursday, June 20, Chair Yoga from 3-4pm. Join us for a peaceful time for stretching and community.

Thursday Evening Hatha Class June 20 from 5-6:15pm. Our back care practice will come from a Boston University curriculum for back care.
