A month of curiosity

Curiosity is said to be an important element in the aging process. Staying curious throughout our lives, helps keeps us young. The world is moving so fast that it seems impossible to stay “up to date” or current about everything around us. We can open up to something new, learn about it, discuss it with others, “try it on” to see if it fits. Yoga provides us with opportunities to try new things, poses, breathing techniques, chanting, music. There is something new out there for you to try. Find this month and explore!
