Happy holiday!

This weekend turned out to be a busy one. I hope everyone celebrated with friends and family. Here’s our yoga schedule for this week:

Monday Nite Hatha Yoga April 22, 6:30-8pm We’ll incorporate some Yoga for Healthy Aging principals.

Thursday, April 25 Chair Yoga 3-4pm. Jenny G. should be back this week to put us thru our balance paces.

Thursday Evening April 25 Hatha yoga from 5-6:15. Relax, stretch and renew.
