Yes, yes yes. It can be part of the repairing we have been focusing on. Mantras, sayings, music can replace the negative thoughts that we replay in our minds. Using meditation to prepare the foundation of our mind to make the change.

This week in yoga:

Monday Nite 4/15 from 6:30-8pm. Ananda yoga has the tool of mantra’s for each pose that can help us move our minds in a positive direction. Easy, gentle and mindful.

Thursday Chair Yoga,4/18 3-4pm. Even though Jenny G. will be teaching balance next week instead of this week, we’ll still focus our balance and agility.

Thursday Evening 4/18 5-6:15pm. Stretch, breathe and focus.
