April: Thinking about wholeness

On the cusp between March and April, we continue our journeys and begin to think about wholeness. Spring is here. The season often inspires the same enthusiasm for personal renewal as the New Year. The theme of the month is Wholeness: the practice of repairing. Instead of avoiding/ignoring the potholes of last week’s blog, we actively look for ways to repair the potholes that are blocking us. Facing the potholes in our lives rather than driving around them, is much more challenging. This month we will be open to how we might start filling them in.

This week in Yoga:

Monday Nite April 1, 6:30-8pm. No fooling, it is yin week!

Thursday April 4, Chair 3-4pm. Let’s learn some seated Warrior poses.

Thursday Evening April 4, 5-6:15pm Yin and relaxation!
