“It is not wrong to go back for that which you have forgotten”.Ghanaese Wisdom

Often, we talk about being in the now. Looking to the present moment for guidance for the future. I think a balanced view of grounding ourselves in the present is the idea of evaluating our past in order to move forward. Personally, I have learned so much about myself from looking at past occurrences and making changes for the future. Past, present and future has something to offer us. Dwelling in the past or the future is where we can go off course. Our memories of the past helps us to create our now, and that is what assures us a more successful future.

We are back to our regular yoga schedule this week. It is partially the last week of the month and partially the first month of the week. That means we can look to practices that combine Hatha and Yin Yoga!

Monday November 26, 6:30-8pm Let’s mix Hatha and Yin!

Thursday November 29, Chair yoga, 3-4pm. Let’s revisit some past yoga poses and add a few new poses.

Thursday, November 29, 5-6:15pm. Let’s mix it up again for tonite’s practice.

Hope to see you this week!
