November is here!

As we enter into November, we also move into the holiday season. It is a time for making memory and remembering memories made. It is a difficult time of the year for some of us. It is a joyful and stressful time for others. However this season comes into our living, let’s take some time to slow down, feel what becomes present for us, and make new memories.

This is the first full week of the month, it’s time for Yin. Here’s what to expect this week in yoga:

Monday, November 5 from 6:30-8pm Yin practice.

Thursday, Chair Yoga, November 8, 3-4pm We’ll continue to work on strength and flexibility.

Thursday, November 8 from 5-6:15pm Yin!
