Inviting nature in

Each year in Spring, we have a return visitor, a great blue heron. She comes to feed on on gophers, frogs, tadpoles. Most years, the visits are brief and intermittent due to lack of water. This year, she has visited frequently, bringing with her great joy and awe. The change this year of course is the volume of water which remains in our creeks and grass land. But I was surprised and honored to find a mother duck nesting in the reeds by our largest flowing creek. Another joy to watch and wonder during this time of water abundance.Nature is the greatest change artist there is.

This week, our yoga is limited to our Monday Nite class. The Church has a big event on Thursday evening. We will meet from 6:30-8pm for a gentle Hatha class. All are welcomed!
