Good Bye March!

And, to do something well, requires patience and perseverance. This month, we have focused on developing patience thru our yoga practice and meditation. Certainly, five weeks of focus on patience won’t make complete smooth sailing when it comes to demonstrating this virtue day to day. It is said that it takes about 12 weeks of practice to develop a habit (good or not so good), so we will continue to return to the topic of patience in the weeks to come.
This week as we wave good bye to March, we will have a chakra focused practice. Search this blog for info on the seven chakras and how they fit into yogic philosophy. Please join us on Monday nite March 30 from 6:30-8pm at the UU Church of Fresno. All are welcomed!
