Summertime Vibe

We’ve had our first real blast of summer heat, even though official summer doesn’t begin until Saturday! Yoga is the perfect activity for warm months because you can build as much heat from your practice as you desire. This week, we will focus on a practice that has been designed for those with back issues (like maybe every American adult?). The practice has 17 poses that have been researched through 3 western medicine designed studies to show a positive impact for back pain sufferers. We do this practice once a quarter and I supply handouts.
Hope to see you on Monday nite June 16 from 6:30-800 pm at the UU Church of Fresno. Even if you don’t have issues with your back, using this practice regularly can help strengthen your back and prevent future problems!
