Breath and Movement

One of my favorite practices is one where each of us holds our poses for a certain number of breaths. Each person chooses there number: new folks 3-5 breaths, more experienced folks 8 breaths and advanced folks 10 breaths. Each of us, of course, breaths at a different rate as well as a different quantity of breaths. So, we all come out of the pose at varying rates. The atmosphere this creates is one of focused concentration and meditation.
