As promised! Yin on the Second Monday!

Be content! Even though we didn’t have class the first Monday of the month, we won’t miss out on yin yoga for September. Monday evening, September 10, from 6:30-8 pm, our practice will focus on the yin style. Come stretch, relax and let go of the day.
