Yoga and Self Care

What does self care look like to you? Are some or all of these elements part of your personal self care package? The reason I started a yoga practice years ago was in large part to help a physical aspect of myself. I was surprised to find that the practice worked in many elements of my own self care plan. Then, I felt I needed to share it with others. And voila, a yoga teacher is born!
This week’s practice will focus on sharing a easy home practice, based on a lovely little book called A morning cup of yoga by Jane Goad Trechsel. Thanks to a devoted yogi who gifted me this little gem! We meet at the UU Church of Fresno on Monday evening July 23 from 6:30-8:00 pm. We will finish our practice this week with a guided relaxation exercise. Come join us!
