Back Talk

Most of us have back pain at one time or another during our life. The fewer the episodes of back pain, the better! Yoga has a significant place in helping us maintain a healthy spine, leading to less episodes of back pain. There have been several medical studies that support the positive effect yoga has on relieving and preventing back pain.
This week’s practice will use a study based yoga practice. Our practice is held on Monday nite July 16 from 6:60-8 pm at the UU Church of Fresno on Alluvial in Clovis. I’ll provide you with a copy of this practice so you can continue to take control of your health!
