On to the niyamas: Saucha

So we are moving now into the right actions of our lives, the niyamas. Saucha, the first niyama is cleanliness. Energy is what we focus on in our practice , and saucha teaches us to keep our energies distinct. Keeping the energy around us protected through our personal cleanliness, keeping our mat and equipment clean and tidy, not walking on the mat of others are examples of this niyama in practice.
Please join us on Monday nite, February 14 at the UU Church of Fresno on Alluvial for our regular practice. We meet from 6:30-8pm.

Sorry I missed yesterday. Had a Valentine’s deal to attend. Will you have class next week even though it is a Monday holiday?

    Do you have an email?
