Relax and renew

Those of you who have been coming to Monday nite yoga on a regular basis know that the reward for coming to practice is how you feel when we re done. Yoga can be a cardiovascular exercise, but that is not the main focus. The strength, balance and focus inward is what most of us are after. I suggest that yoga be a part of a balanced self-care program ( my cardiovascular exercise is walking). Come and find out if yoga may fit into your focus on your health. We meet in the sanctuary at the UU Church of Fresno from 6:30-8pm. Dress comfortably. Blankets, mats and straps are provided.
